1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application or service provided by BumbleBit Studios (including OmniLearn AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. License & Intellectual Property

BumbleBit Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile and web applications for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. All content, trademarks, logos, code, software architecture, and UI designs remain the exclusive property of BumbleBit Studios.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features within OmniLearn AI (such as full access to 30-Year PYQ banks and unlimited AI tutoring) may require a paid subscription or virtual coins (OmniCoins). All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay or Google Play In-App Billing). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with payment provider policies.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our APKs or binaries.
• Use automated scrapers or bots to harvest question banks or proprietary AI answers.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, subscription paywalls, or coin balances.
• Post or generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material via AI interfaces.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and AI study assistance tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While OmniLearn AI strives for high precision in question solutions and PYQ answers, BumbleBit Studios does not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated explanations or exam outcomes.

6. Termination & Contact
